In general, using a flash widget is a bit problematic this days
as i cannot access it from mobile.

But i really liked RumbleTalk & FTALK
The meebo & plugoo seems a bit limited
I always liked Shoutmix and Chatango, but I prefer chat bars rather than chatboxes, so I have designed another one and we call it Chatwee. You can find it on http://chatwee.com.
Meebo is no longer available.
The best option i saw in here is RumbleTalk and Ftalk.
I like the face that you can used them as embed or as a bar.
